1. Eligibility:

   • This competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or over, residing in the United Kingdom ONLY. 

2. Entry Requirements:

   • To enter, participants must visit [www.thevowsband.co.uk/giveaway] and complete the entry form in its entirety, as well as completing all social media prompts - Like the post & Tag 3 Friends

   • Each individual is permitted a single entry per social media post. Feel free to get your family and friends to enter on your behalf for extra entrys!

   • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

3. Competition Period:

   • The competition commences on July 22nd 2024 and concludes on November 16th 2024. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be eligible. IF your event falls before the closing date, please get in touch and we can try to help!

4. Prize:

   • The prize consists of a Free Wedding Entertainment Package valued at £2500+, which includes:

     • 2 hours of evening and afternoon cocktail reception entertainment.

     • A 6-piece band comprising 1x female lead vocals, 1x male lead vocals, keys, guitar, bass guitar, and drums.

     • A fully customizable setlist, chosen from an extensive library of over 200 songs spanning various genres and eras.

     • A manned DJ to ensure the party continues seamlessly into the night.

     • A PA system providing crystal-clear audio with our comprehensive sound setup.

     • Stage lighting and elite special effects (e.g., Confetti Cannon, Indoor Spark Machines).

   • The prize is non-transferable and no cash or alternative will be offered.

5. Winner Selection and Notification:

   • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.

   • The winner will be notified via email and/or direct message on social media within [7] days of the competition closing date.

   • If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within [14] days of notification, The Vows Band reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.

6. Publicity:

   • By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

   • The winner consents to The Vows Band using their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.

7. Data Protection:

   • Any personal data relating to the winner or other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to any third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
